African Enterprise gets New Team Leaders
After a rigorous process of prayer, meetings, and interviews, new team leaders for three national offices were finally hired, inducted and set off to begin their respective duties.
At the start of 2024, African Enterprise went through a grim season after two team leaders passed on within a space of two days from each other. AEE Ethiopia and AEE Tanzania team leaders succumbed to illness. AEE Zambia former team leader felt God was calling him to a new season and therefore there was a need to look for a replacement. The search for new, eligible and God-led team leaders for the three countries took a while however it was finally completed in July, as all three team leaders were inducted into their various roles and responsibilities.
Here are the new team Leaders:
Robel Chemeda Disasa – AEE Ethiopia
Robel Chemeda Disasa was born in Debre Zeit, a town that is some 45 km away from Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. He grew up in a loving Christian family where church was part of the family routine. He started serving in Church from a very young age and while in 10th grade, he gave his life to Jesus.
Robel went to Bahir Dar University where he studied Mechanical Engineering. However, despite being an engineer and part of the faculty at Bahir Dar University, he actively served in varied capacities in the EvaSUE/IFES (International Fellowship of Evanggelical Students) of Ethiopia as Bible study coordinator, prayer coordinator, and then lately as chairperson of the same. Robel has a master’s in Sustainable Energy Engineering from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology.
Robel is married to Kb and together they have a three-year old son who they are bringing up in a loving Christian family. He is a member of Full Gospel Church where he serves in preaching and teaching.
Joel Kasoka – AEE Zambia
Joel Kasoka is an ordained Pastor serving in the departments of Youth, Students, and Young Adults. He has a passion for connecting young people with their destinies, desiring that young people get the most out of their youth, all while having a relationship with Christ. Pastor Joel Kasoka also serves in the Prayer and Intercession Ministry of Bread of Life Church International. He holds the place of prayer dearly in his life.
Joel Kasoka has a BA in Economics and is also a trained and certified Logistician under the Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, an affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT).
He has 13 years working experience in the Courier, Logistics and Freight Forwarding Industry, spending much of that time in senior management.
Pastor Kasoka is married to Jessie and they have three children, Cleopatra, Wana and Wumi

Robert Charles Lyimo – AEE Tanzania
Robert Charles is a Tanzanian from Arisi Village, Marangu, in the Kilimanjaro region. He is the seventh born of nine children of Mr. Charles Geoffrey Lyimo. He grew up in a committed Christian family where his father and mother served in their local church. Robert followed his parents’ example by serving in youth ministry at church, through high school, and even at University after giving his life to Christ in Form 2. He later served as the Chairperson of the Tanzania Fellowship of Evangelical Students (TAFES).
After completing primary and secondary school, he pursued multiple degrees including BA in Public Administration and Sociology, BA in Theology and Leadership, postgraduate degrees in Health Systems Management, Good Governance and Leadership, Monitoring and Evaluation, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Leadership and Counseling.
Robert Charles is a preacher and a teacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ in various churches, schools, colleges, universities, and communities in Tanzania and beyond.
He is also an author and a radio and TV presenter. He is married to CPA (T) Neema Eustack Tarimo and blessed with four children: Obrigado (peacefully in Heaven), Clarice, Clarence, and Obrigada. They live in the Kinondoni District, Dar Es Salaam City, Tanzania.
